How long do your software testing certification programs take?
You set the pace. Study the material and take your exam when you are ready. Once you pass, you earn your certification. Most students prepare in one to four days; some finish everything in a few hours. Move as quickly as your available time allows.
What happens after registration? Must I take the exam immediately? What if I fail?
There is no rush. Your exam access code stays valid for 365 days, giving you time to prepare. If you fail, we automatically reactivate it free of charge so you can take the exam again when you are ready.
Another provider quoted me USD 2,250, which is too much to pay personally. I am interested in your certification, but have little software testing background or project experience. Will your online materials prepare me to pass?

The success rate is 99.5% for Accredited Software Test Manager Certification™ and 99.5% for Accredited Software Tester Certification™. For Accredited Software Test Automator Certification™, it is 99%.
How are the 50 exam questions structured?
The first 30 questions focus mainly on software testing and quality assurance theory, practice and methodologies. The final 20 address practical challenges and ways of thinking and acting in the tester, test manager or test automator role, depending on your program.
How soon after registration will I receive my exam access code?
Within seconds. Access codes are generated in real time and sent as soon as you complete your certification registration.
How soon after my exam will I receive my certification and results?
Within seconds. We evaluate your answers in real time and send your results as soon as you submit. If you pass, your certification is ready immediately.
I cannot take my exam in the next few days. How long is my access code valid?
No worries. Your examination access code is valid for one year.
If my internet connection fails during the exam, must I pay again?
No. Email us if this happens, and we will reactivate your exam access code free of charge.
I have earned my Accredited Software Test Manager Certification™. Are there annual or recurring fees to stay certified?
No. You make one registration investment for a certification valid for life. There are no annual fees or other recurring certification charges.
I left my maiden surname out during registration. Must I pay to correct my certificate?
No. Email your correction request, and we will send your corrected certification document free of charge.
I have passed my certification. Can I receive a paper copy even though you normally provide digital documents?
We provide high-resolution PDF certificates to keep your service prices as low as possible. You can print yours on standard or high-quality paper. If you still want us to mail a paper certificate, we can provide a separate offer covering printing and shipping at cost, without profit.
I am considering Accredited Software Test Manager Certification™ but have never held this certification. What does the document look like?

I do not have a PayPal account. Can I register without opening one?
